Written schedule
You get a schedule that says what happens nightly, what happens weekly, and what happens on an interval (floor burnish, carpet encapsulation, high dusting). No surprises on the invoice.
Service visits

Do you clean Airbnb or vacation rentals?
No. We've set the business up for commercial buildings — offices, medical practices and auto dealerships — where the same crew returns on a schedule. Short-term rental turnovers are a different kind of job and we don't take them on.
Can you clean a medical or dental office?
Yes. Exam rooms, treatment areas and waiting rooms get disinfectant-grade products with the correct dwell time, and we work to your practice's protocols. Sharps and regulated medical waste stay with your licensed disposal vendor.
What do you do for auto dealerships?
Showroom floor, customer lounge, restrooms, sales offices and the service write-up area. The showroom floor is usually the priority — polished tile or VCT that has to look right under the lights — so the schedule is built around it.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Service is month-to-month and priced per visit. If the work isn't right you shouldn't be locked in, and if it is you won't want to leave.
Can you do one-off deep cleans as well as recurring service?
Yes — post-construction clean-ups, move-in or move-out cleans, and periodic deep cleans alongside or instead of a recurring schedule.
