Why we started
Most people's experience of floor cleaning is a low phone quote that turns into something else once someone's in the house. We started Sparrow because the opposite approach — tell people the truth, price it properly, do the work carefully — turns out to be a business.
What "honest" means in practice
It means telling you when a stain won't fully release before we start, rather than after. It means saying when replacing a pad is cheaper than treating it for the third time. It means the price we quote is the price on the invoice. Occasionally it means telling you that you don't need us yet.
The methods matter
We work to IICRC-certified methods, which exist because floor care is full of ways to make things worse — over-wetting wood, high-alkaline products on wool, steam on LVP seams, fragrance over urine. Knowing which method a surface needs is most of the job.
