Commercial
Commercial Window Cleaning — Orange County, NY
Streak-free glass for storefronts, showrooms, offices and medical practices — on a schedule, so your windows are never the thing a customer notices.
How we do it
Glass survey
We count panes, note heights, access, tint film and any damaged seals, and tell you up front what can be reached safely and what would need lift equipment.
Exterior wash
Frames and glass washed and rinsed. Where the building allows we use purified water, which dries spot-free without detergent residue.
Interior detail
Squeegee work on the inside face, edges and corners detailed by hand, sills and ledges wiped.
Doors and touch glass
Entrance doors and low glass carry fingerprints by lunchtime — they get extra attention and can go on a more frequent interval than the rest.
Walk-around check
We check every pane from inside and out in daylight before we leave, because the streak you can't see from the ladder is the one your customer sees from the parking lot.

Answers
Frequently asked questions
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Storefronts and dealership showrooms usually monthly — the glass is part of the display. Offices and medical practices typically quarterly, with entrance doors more often. We'll recommend an interval after seeing the building and the traffic.
Can you clean windows for a shopping center with several tenants?
Yes. We can run one schedule for the whole property through the owner or manager, or service individual tenants separately. Either way there's one point of contact.
Can you come when we're closed?
That's the default. Early morning before opening or in the evening after close, so there's no equipment in front of your doors during business hours.
Do you clean the inside of the glass too?
Yes, inside and out. Interior glass picks up fingerprints, cleaning-spray haze and dust rather than weather, so it's cleaned differently, but it's part of the same visit.
Will rain spoil freshly cleaned windows?
Rarely. Rain itself is nearly pure water; the spots you see after a storm are dirt that was already on the glass being redistributed. Clean glass tends to shed rain cleanly.
