What we collect
- Quote form. Your name, phone number, email, town, the service you need and anything you write in the notes. The form also records the page you sent it from and the time.
- Calls and texts. Your number and what you tell us, so we can call you back and book the job.
- Site usage. Standard analytics (pages visited, device type, rough location by city) collected through Google Analytics. Nothing here identifies you by name.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, give you a price and schedule the work.
- To send you a confirmation, a reminder before the visit and a receipt afterward.
- To keep a record of jobs we have done at your address, so a repeat visit is quicker to quote.
- To see which pages of the site are useful and fix the ones that aren't.
We do not sell your information, rent it or share it with advertisers. We do not send marketing texts. If we ever add an email newsletter, it will be opt-in and every message will have an unsubscribe link.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run this business: the system that delivers your form to us by email and text, Google Analytics for site statistics, and our scheduling and invoicing software. Each one is bound by its own privacy terms and only receives what it needs to do its job.
How long we keep it
Job records stay on file while you are a customer and for a reasonable time afterward in case you need a receipt or want to book again. Quote requests that never turn into a job are deleted after one year.
Your choices
- Ask us what we have on file, correct it or have it deleted. Email info@sparrowfloorcare.com and we will take care of it within 30 days.
- Reply STOP to any text from us and we stop texting.
- Block analytics cookies in your browser; the site works the same without them.
Children
This site is for adults booking cleaning services. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version goes up on this page with a new effective date.
